february begins
a relative heat wave greeted me this morning. temps were up to 19 degrees. we got a little snow overnight, which made the footing a bit slippery. i mustered 7 miles at slightly slower than 9 minute pace.
seems the worst is yet to come, in terms of temperatures. forecasts for the weekend and early next week look to be some of the worst that i’ve seen.
