the warmth continues. 47 degrees and 100% humidity this morning. i ran a very slow 7 miles in slightly under 60 minutes. my right achilles is acting up again so slowing down is likely a good thing.

It was a foggy and balmy morning in Waukesha, Wisconsin. Upper 40′s and foggy conditions made it feel damp and dreary. I headed out for 5 miles in slightly over 8 minute pace and hit the shower.
