November First
this morning i headed out the door with temps in the upper twenties and a light wind from the west. the sky was clear and the stars were out. i donned my headlamp and headed out on the glacial drumlin trail for just under 31 minutes. turning around, i turned off my headlamp as the sun was rising. heading home i kept the same effort level and made it back in slightly over 30 minutes. in all, 7.75 miles were rolled this first day of November.
