this morning it was a balmy 32 degrees with no wind. i headed towards town on the glacial drumlin for 3.5 miles then did a 180 back home. 7 miles in under 55 minutes, a carbon copy effort of yesterday’s run.
what’s next? run a strong 15K this weekend, PR the 50K on 11/11 and 2000 miles for 2006.
