back on the drumlin
we got back from my in-laws late in the afternoon. my wife and kids headed out for a walk while i geared up for a run. we left at the same time and alia even ran with me for a little bit. i headed down comanche and picked up the glacial drumlin trail heading toward town. i turned around after 3.5 miles and pointed myself home. i rolled in with 55 and change elapsed with 7 miles covered. admittedly, my quads were a bit sore from the hills yesterday but that should fade in the next day.
