warm up wisconsin

by sunday afternoon i was ready to get out and put in a few more miles. temps were up into the mid 60’s with sunny skies and a strong SW wind. i headed out (very slowly at first) and mustered 6 miles at 8:50 pace. getting in some efforts with it warm & sunny is a good idea because you never know what you’ll get when you’re running BOSTON.

monday morning i headed out with starry skies and temps in the low 60’s. it’s been a long time since i’ve been able to wear shorts and a short sleeve shirt in the morning…comfortably. i ended up with a little over 7 miles in just under 60 minutes. i’m still moving slow from saturday’s effort.

at this point, i’m about 50 miles away from 25,000 on the odometer.
