how cold was it?
upper teens this morning. clear skies have a habit of making it a bit colder overnight. it was cold enough this AM that the sweat which collected in the fingertips of my gloves froze into ice balls. the snot from my farmer blows which collected on the outside of my glove also froze into a popsicle. i ended up running a hilly 9 miles at around 8:15 pace.
