back in the saddle
i saw this story online…some guy who’s going to swim the length of the Amazon river…3,000+ miles…and people think i’m nuts!
i found some time sunday morning to get in 5 miles at an easy pace. after i got home it started to snow a bit more and we ended up with 3-4 inches. this morning i mustered 8 miles at slightly slower than 9 minute pace in a sloppy slush.
