weekend wrap up
friday i got out for an easy 5 miles before putting out the trash.
saturday i got in 8 miles in the late afternoon out and back on the Glacial Drumlin trail.
sunday afternoon i got in 12 miles at a little faster than 8 minute pace.
i’m fighting a slight head cold at the moment. nothing major but enough to notice.
monday AM i’m headed to NYC for a conference. i’ll be staying a few blocks from Central Park, which is really cool because i’ve always wanted to run there!
