frame park in the morning
this AM i got out and ran 8 miles at roughly 8:10 pace. i ran down madison toward frame park and couldn’t find a bathroom that was open. therefore, i risked a ticket and found some bushes to water. i guess the city doesn’t want to encourage the vagrants who frequent the park with such amenities as a toilet. regardless, up to 233 for the month. taking aim at 250.
